Shipping policy
Shipping policy of Artornate is made for customer convenience. Our manufacturing lead times average 2-4 working days from the customer's order date for customized products. Although uncommon, some orders may take up to 3-4 days from and after dispatch it takes 3-7 for delivery and it depends on area pin codes.
Our all products are delivered via reputed courier companies that are completely insured and reliable. We always believe in quality not in quantity. We charge much lower shipping rates in compare to other companies.
If you have shopped multiple products in a single transaction, we will send it to you in one single shipment. (In case of a single shipment, the delivery date would be on the date when all the products are ready to ship).
At the time of delivery, if you are not available to receive the parcel, the courier company would leave a note for you to call them and arrange for re-delivery or you can pick it up from their location.
We are not responsible for any delay caused by any unforeseen time lags by the courier companies in delivering the parcels to the customer, or if the customer is not available at the time of delivery.

By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms mentioned below regarding order cancellation and refunds.
Cancellation Request Procedure :
Order cancellation requests will be accepted only via phone call on our official contact number +91 95103 33829, during store working hours (Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM to 7:30 PM IST).
Cancellation requests made through WhatsApp, email, social media, or any other mode of communication shall not be considered valid.
Cancellation Before Dispatch :
If an order is cancelled before it is handed over to our logistics partner, the entire order amount shall be refunded to the original mode of payment, subject to successful verification.
Cancellation After Dispatch :
If an order is cancelled after it has been handed over to the logistics partner, the refund shall be processed after deduction of the following charges:
- Forward shipping charges
- Reverse shipping charges
- Payment gateway charges (5% of the total order value)
The balance amount, after deductions, shall be issued as store credit only.
Store credit cannot be redeemed for cash or bank transfer and may be utilised for future purchases on our website within the validity period specified at the time of issuance.
Non-Cancellable Orders :
Once the order reaches an advanced stage of processing or dispatch, cancellation may be declined at the sole discretion of the company.
Company Rights :
The company reserves the right to modify, update, or amend this policy at any time without prior notice.
The decision of the company regarding cancellations and refunds shall be final and binding.
